- On 14 february 2019, CRPF, which carries out Indian security checks on the JammuKashmir National Highway. There was a suicide attack on the sect of There was a terrorist attack in Pulwama 4 years ago and 40 soldiers of our country were martyred in this terrorist attack. The National Investigation agency is investigating the attack in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Police.
- After the attack Prime Minister Narendra Modi had challenged his friend. He had said thet I feel the fire in my heart thet is buring inside you. He said thet all the associates will be avenged. Ladumod become the place where a suicide bomber drove a Maruti Suzuki Eeco into a CRPF convoy bus and 40CRPF personnel were killed in the resulting blast. For CRPF, such conflict in Kashmir or attack on its convoy was not a new thing. But this had never been seen before in the three decades of extremism in Indian- administered Kashmir.
